Dr John Hoffmire brings over thirty-five years of experience as a venture capitalist, investment banker and consultant. Over his career, he has helped start-ups raise over $150M, facilitated over $2.2B of employee stock purchases and managed over $1B in assets.
John brings extensive international M&A experience. He is expert in identifying and valuing strategic opportunities, executing efficient transactions, and delivering successful post-merger integration (the cause of over 70% of failed mergers by some estimates). John is also expert in numerous forms of fundraising, including debt, equity and IPO.
John is currently Chairman of several founder-led firms, teaches Strategy and Finance on several Executive Education Programmes and regularly publishes books and articles on a variety of finance topics.
