Dorian Perron is an award-winning music tech entrepreneur, live organiser and journalist.
Most recently Dorian co-founded Groover, a music tech startup that connects artists with music supervisors. Groover has a network of over 1200 record labels, radio stations and blogs, generating nearly 200,000 artist placements and 300 record deals. Groover has raised over $2M and was awarded the MaMA Festival 2018 Coup de Coeur prize. Building on Groover’s success, Dorian led the launch of Groover Obsessions, the first continuous artist accelerator program to support the best artists discovered on Groover.
Dorian has been awarded the La Nouvelle Onde Innovation Prize, which spotlights music innovators, and regularly speaks on music innovation and technology at MaMA Festival & Convention, Wallifornia MusicTech, M For Montreal, Reeperbahn and others.
