Laura Gardes played a key role in the formation, management and success of JUMP, Europe’s largest music market accelerator program, co-funded by the Creative Commission of the European Union.
She has supported a board of partner institutions and global music industry experts to deliver a training initiative to over 40 innovative new music businesses covering key pillars addressing social change, transnational co-operation and technological development within the sector.
With her deep understanding of the needs of start-ups, investors, music industry stakeholders and policy makers, Laura now provides her expertise to MIDI for accelerators around the world.
